Abide Travel Studio is a boutique travel advisory firm based in Texas, operating as a registered DBA under Trina Bina LLC. Abide Travel Studio is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Travel Quest Network, located at 70 Mansell Court, Suite 100, Roswell, GA 30076.

This website is provided for informational purposes only. Abide Travel Studio does not process any financial transactions through this website. All payments, invoicing, and financial agreements are handled exclusively through HoneyBook, a third-party client management platform. By submitting an inquiry through this website, you are not entering into a financial agreement or purchasing any service.

This website contains an embedded inquiry form through which visitors may submit travel interest information including name, email address, phone number, and travel preferences. By submitting this form, you consent to receiving communications from Abide Travel Studio including but not limited to a travel brochure, follow-up emails, and service information delivered through automated systems. You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting hello@abidetravelstudio.com.

The Travel Discovery Call is the only gateway into planning services offered by Abide Travel Studio. The following terms apply to all Discovery Call bookings:

• The Discovery Call fee is $75.00 and is non-refundable under all circumstances

• Payment is collected at the time of booking through HoneyBook

• The $75 fee may be credited toward a planning service package if a planning agreement is signed within 7 calendar days of the call date by 11:59pm CST

• Credit forfeits automatically after the 7-day window closes with no exceptions

• One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice submitted to hello@abidetravelstudio.com

• Rescheduling requests submitted inside 24 hours are treated as cancellations and the fee is forfeited

• No-show policy: For phone calls, two contact attempts will be made within 10 minutes. If no contact is established, the session is considered a no-show, the fee is forfeited, and a new booking is required

• Saturday sessions must conclude no later than 12:00pm CST. The last available booking slot on Saturdays is 11:00am CST. No sessions may begin after 11:00am CST on Saturdays. This policy is enforced without exceptions.

All planning services offered by Abide Travel Studio are subject to a separate planning agreement signed through HoneyBook prior to the commencement of any planning work. Planning fees listed in the Abide Travel Studio brochure are minimum starting amounts. Final planning fees are determined based on trip scope and complexity and are confirmed during or after the Discovery Call. Abide Travel Studio does not guarantee specific pricing until a planning agreement is executed.

The Travel Research Service is a standalone advisory research deliverable available for a non-refundable fee of $150. The deliverable is a single PDF research document delivered electronically within 48 business hours of confirmed payment and agreement execution. If Abide Travel Studio is out of office at the time of request, delivery will be completed within 48 business hours of return to office. This is a one-time deliverable with no revisions included. The $150 fee may be credited toward any planning tier if a planning agreement is signed within 30 calendar days of the date the research PDF was delivered by email by 11:59pm CST. Credit forfeits automatically after this window closes with no exceptions. All research is advisory in nature and does not constitute a booking commitment.

Abide Travel Studio acts as an independent travel advisor and does not own, operate, or control any airline, hotel, cruise line, resort, tour operator, ground transportation provider, or any other travel supplier. Abide Travel Studio is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, changes in itinerary, bankruptcy, or failure to perform. All supplier terms and conditions apply to bookings made on your behalf.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all required travel documentation is valid and current prior to departure. This includes but is not limited to passports, visas, entry requirements, health documentation, and any destination-specific requirements. Abide Travel Studio provides general guidance on documentation requirements but cannot guarantee accuracy as requirements are subject to change without notice. Abide Travel Studio assumes no liability for denied boarding, denied entry, or any costs incurred as a result of inadequate or invalid documentation.

All content on this website including but not limited to text, copy, graphics, logos, images, brand elements, service descriptions, and design is the intellectual property of Abide Travel Studio and Trina Bina LLC and is protected under applicable United States copyright and intellectual property law. No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, or used in any form without the express written permission of Abide Travel Studio. Unauthorized use of any content on this website may result in legal action.

Abide Travel Studio is not registered as a Seller of Travel in Hawaii and does not facilitate travel sales to Hawaii residents. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abide Travel Studio and Trina Bina LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, your reliance on any information provided herein, or any travel services booked through Abide Travel Studio. Total liability in any matter related to services provided shall not exceed the planning fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.

Abide Travel Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
